LIFECYCLEBirth
We love to welcome little ones into our congregation. Temple members who have newly arrived children or grandchildren are welcomed with a brit milah ceremony (performed by a certified mohel or doctor), and/or a baby naming ceremony. This can occur on the 8th day of life (which is the traditional approach). We also do namings sometime during the first few months of life, according to the family’s wishes. Rabbi Kopnick works with each family to determine whether a home or synagogue experience is the best choice for a family. Contact the Temple office for details.
